Merkaba Integrative Psychiatry provides holistic mental health care through a blend of traditional and integrative approaches, including:

• Traditional Psychiatry: Medication management 
• Ketamine Therapy: Medical clearance for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Sessions and follow-up redosing sessions for patient's with already established therapists; KAP preparation and integration sessions for patients who receive Ketamine services through outside clinics
• Nutritional Psychiatry: Comprehensive assessments, personalized dietary plans, and supplement recommendations to help stabilize mental health concerns *Coming Soon*
• Alternative Referrals: Connections to akashic record readings, energy healing, and equine therapy.
  

These services are designed to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—for personalized, transformative care.

I am currently accepting Medica, UHC and Optum insurance programs. Pending credentialing with all MHCP affiliated plans; and I accept private pay as well.

Traditional Psychiatry - Medication Management: 

• Initial evaluation: $250 (60 minute) 
• Follow-up: $100 (30 minute)
• Additional 1-30 minute add-on - $100

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy:

• Initial Medical Clearance: $275 (60 minute) -$375 (90 minute) per session 
• Follow-Up Clearance: $125 (30 minute)
• KAP preparation and integration sessions: $175 per hour
• Additional 1-30 minute add-on - $100
  

Nutritional Psychiatry *Coming Soon*

• Initial Assessment: $250–$500 (includes lab testing and personalized evaluation) depending on complexity 
• Follow-Up Consultations: $150–$250 per session depending on complexity
