• Ketamine Therapy: Medical clearance for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Sessions and followup redosing sessions. **
• Nutritional Psychiatry: Comprehensive assessments, personalized dietary plans, and supplement recommendations to help stabilize mental health concerns *Coming Soon*
• Alternative Referrals: Connections to akashic record readings, energy healing, and equine therapy.
  

These services are designed to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—for personalized, transformative care.

We are currently private pay only, pending insurance credentialing. 

Price Listing for Merkaba Integrative Psychiatry Services

Traditional Psychiatry - Medication Management: 

• Initial evaluation: $250–$350 per session depending on complexity of session
• Followup: $100-200 per session depending on complexity 

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy:

• Initial Medical Clearance: $375 per session**
• Follow-Up Clearance: $100–$200 per session depending on complexity **
• **These are on referral from personal Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) trained therapist. Should a KAP provider be needed referrals can be made.
  

Nutritional Psychiatry *Coming Soon*

• Initial Assessment: $250–$500 (includes lab testing and personalized evaluation) depending on complexity 
• Follow-Up Consultations: $150–$250 per session depending on complexity
